Can extreme anxiety/depression cause you to lose weight?

Question by Saggyrl: Can impassioned anxiety/depression means you to lose weight?
I had a baby last year, and after bieing born was still about twenty-five pounds overweight from my normal weight. This past Aug we had a premature birth & decided to begin eating organic, etc. we proposed losing weight rapidly- too rapidly we think. Since the premature birth we have had mixed be scared attacks and have suffered from hideous highlight and depression. When we am disturbed we do not have an appetite. we have mislaid about eighteen pounds in the last 3 1/2 months and am removing pretty thin. Has my go through shrunk? we am just not as inspired anymore. we am removing disturbed b/c we want to try to get profound again and do not want to disaster up my body. we am 130 lbs so I'm not intensely tiny, but just removing more skinny than we would like to be. we suspicion at first we was losing weight so fast b/c we was eating so full of health and stopped eating candy or anything with tall fructose corn syrup, etc. Only organic. The weight melted off fast, but now we think it might have to do with my basin and highlight too... any one else have this?
I also longed for to supplement that we am a genuine hypochondriac, we think we also have be scared commotion and OCD. :( :(

stress can enlarge metabolic rate as well as diminution ardour in some people... we mislaid about twenty lbs in 2 months when i proposed a new pursuit that was stressful... in further the new pursuit forced me to shift my sleeping habits... so because of reduction nap and increasing highlight i mislaid a good understanding of weight and i had the same worries you do... but once i satisfied the problem i just proposed eating incomparable portions and in the future came back to a more normal weight... good luck!

    Oh yes. Stress is a genuine apetite suppressant for some. For others it's a conflicting as well as they eat to recover endorphins that creates them feel better. If we am super stressed we can't eat a thing as well as will lose weight quickly.
