Im male, fifteen years ols, i weigh about 152 pounds (i know im chubby) and im hitch 5″4
Im not like really endangered about my weight i just do not like mu physique really and i want to be a little skinnier. My idealisation idea ould be tolose about twenty pounds then id be content, but do not be concerned im not perplexing to lose twenty pounds in two weeks im just wondering how much weight id lose every two weeks according to my diet and exercise.
For breakfast: i customarily have two slices of toast, buttered with something like beans or boiled eggs. To splash i customarily have H2O or orange juice.
I jump over lunch about 4 time a week and the other times i would customarily have a pale or a duck and ham slice, and a can of coke.
For cooking i customarily have beef vegetables or some kind of pasta
Later on id have another few pieces of toast prior to i go to bed.
I know it’s a bad diet, but im nutritionally foolish so i need recommendation to how to shift my diet.
I lope for thirty mins every day but thats the only practice i do. -_-
So overall, how many pounds will i lose every two weeks and can someone give me ways to urge my diet.

My idealisation idea ould be tolose about twenty pounds then id be content, but do not be concerned im not perplexing to lose twenty pounds in two weeks im just wondering how much weight id lose every two weeks according to my diet and exercise.
For breakfast: i customarily have two slices of toast, buttered with something like beans or boiled eggs. To splash i customarily have H2O or orange juice.
I jump over lunch about 4 time a week and the other times i would customarily have a pale or a duck and ham slice, and a can of coke.
For cooking i customarily have beef vegetables or some kind of pasta
Later on id have another few pieces of toast prior to i go to bed.
I know it’s a bad diet, but im nutritionally foolish so i need recommendation to how to shift my diet.
I lope for thirty mins every day but thats the only practice i do. -_-
So overall, how many pounds will i lose every two weeks and can someone give me ways to urge my diet.

Go here, http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm find how many calories you need. Eat upkeep for days when you exercise, and fat loss (not impassioned fat loss since too low volume of calories will stop weight loss) for days when you do not exercise. Get 30-45 min of practice a day 5 days a week, 2 days rest. Eat full of health 5-6 days a week and the superfluous days eat junk if you have to but still make sure you stay inside of calorie boundary of maintenance. Also splash a lot of water. Swimming is good, if you swim, you should cut back using since you do not want to overwork yourself. For breakfast your toast and eggs is fine. Lunch have something, do not jump over it, eat something like a turkey sandwich, light mayo and light cheeses with complicated vegetables and some water. Or some grilled chicken/meat with rice and veggies. Dinner beef vegetables is fine. If carrying pasta, make sure you have some beef in it. If you have to have a snack, eat yogurt.
