Question by Nash: Why am we losing weight so rapidly?
Im twenty years old....5'9 around 180. we have been seeing that Im starting to lose weight rapidly. Im not on any kind of a diet or anything. we eat 5 times a day: breakfast, lunch, snack, cooking and dried but all are apportionment tranquil meals, lots of veggies, fruits, duck and fish. we do treadmill for 40 mins in the morning, practice bike for thirty mins in the dusk and weights for 45 minutes. Treadmill and the bike 5 times a week and the weights on swap days. we have a pretty active lifestyle. we like the actuality that Im losing weight but Im endangered about the actuality that it is at such a rapid pace. we have been celebration of the mass a lot about how a full of health way to lose weight is to lose 1 bruise a week. But we weigh myself every other day and Im starting to notice that Im losing about 1.5 pounds every two days. Is this healthy? Am we losing fat or am we losing muscle?

Wow that is a lot of weight...I would verbalise to a dietician and your doctor. Something isn't right that's for sure. Healthy weight to lose is 1 lb a week - like you mentioned!
