Why is it unhealthy to lose weight quickly if doing it healthily?

Question by the genuine slim shady: Why is it diseased to lose weight quickly if you do it healthily?
So, I’ve review everywhere that it’s diseased to lose more than 2 pounds a week. But, what if I’m just excercising a lot, and eating 1200 calories a day. and not receiving any pills or anything. Is it still diseased then?

I think that’s a ubiquitous matter used to safeguard that people do not chose limiting diets that make them lose a lot of weight in the reduced time but which they might not be means to sustain. How quickly you can lose weight healthily really depends on how much additional weight you have on you to proceed with. If you are only a little overweight you should lose solemnly but if you are morbidly portly it will probably be OK to lose more than 2 pounds a week healthily. As for calories, I’m contemptible but we cannot discuss it you if 1200 is full of health or not since we do not know your age etc. A good way to find out is by using the calorie equate website.
